  • Swimming competition is an exciting sport that brings people of all ages and backgrounds to showcase their swimming skills of physical fitness and an active lifestyle. Swimming is a low-impact exercise that engages almost all the major muscle groups, making it an excellent full-body workout. By participating in the ACJ swimming competition, individuals are encouraged to adopt swimming as a regular form of exercise, enhancing their cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.
